I’ve come a long way on my mental health journey and want to do something to commemorate it. Maybe I need a personal trainer, a major makeover, a shopping spree, or some botox?….
We are all on a journey. And at WMNKND, we believe that no matter where you are on that journey- it’s important to work on loving and accepting yourself.
And while hiring a trainer, hitting up the mall, and getting a little botox now and then, aren’t necessarily bad things… they all focus on the external.And they focus on changing you. You, friend are worthy of self love just as you are. Right now. Today!

FOUNDER OF WMNKND BOUDOIR
I created this experience specifically for women to become more confident in who they are – mind, body, and spirit. And I believe that each step of your experience with WMNKND is equally important and purposeful.
Because in short, I’m a lot like you.
I also struggle with that little voice in my head telling me I’m not good enough. And I’ve also come a long way on my own self-love journey.
But over time, I’ve learned that self-love is not a destination to be reached. It’s a journey that we all must take. And I figured, why not join forces and take on this journey together?
